  • Important Reminder:  Principal’s Holiday on October 27 – No School for Students

    While students enjoy this break, our dedicated faculty and staff will be working behind the scenes on two important initiatives:

    1. Strategic Skills Day: Our team will engage in a deep dive to develop clear, tangible evidence and planning around our students’ skill development. Consistency in how we describe and market skill development is key. By aligning the language and presentation of these skills throughout all academic departments and documentation, we aim to reinforce a clear and powerful message about the learning experience we offer.

    2. Final Preparation for our December Middle States Accreditation Visit: This visit is a crucial milestone for our school, and faculty will be finalizing all necessary documentation and plans to ensure a successful evaluation.

  • Students are reminded that their Servant Leadership reflections, worth 75% of their Servant Leadership grade, is due the Monday after their trip by 8 am. All information is posted on LMS and students should post reflections to the LMS portal. 

    Key Club members should use enrichment to work on upcoming projects for Key Club Week! See Mrs. LaRosa for details. 

    NHS Peer Tutoring is every Tuesday and Thursday, during enrichment, in the Lecture Hall. 

    Tuesday, October 28, 2025: Clothing Closet Help Needed after school from 2:30-4 pm. 

    Wednesday, October 29, 2025: Funny Farm Servant Leadership Trip (Orange Group)

    Thursday, October 30, 2025: Ronald McDonald House Halloween Party (Select NHS Members and students from the Brown group who need to make up time)

    National Honor Society Meeting (Current Members): Friday, October 31, 2025 during enrichment. 

    National Honor Society Tutoring: Tuesday and Thursday in the Lecture Hall at the enrichment period. 

    • National Letter of Intent Signing | Nov 17th 4pm. @ Wildcats Sportscenter

    • Walk With A Wildcat program — the best way to truly experience SJA. This program is a shadow day where prospective students spend the day alongside a current Wildcat to see what life at our school is really like. Shadow days are offered every Tuesday and Thursday. Register HERE!
